What is the proposed Taiwan PFAS requirements including labelling requrements?
It is proposed that 182 PFAS substances will be subject to regulatory control and labelling requirements from early 2027. The general control concentration threshold is 1% except the PFAS polymers which is at 30%. For PFAS polymers, if the concentration is between 1% to 30%, it is only subject to labelling requirements.

The regulation is still a proposal. The proposed deadline is Jan of 2027
PLC registration under AICIS
Is it still required to submit a PLC for assessment under Australia AICIS ?
No, you don't need assessment if the polymer is PLC. What you need is to submit a PID (post import declaration) once and report the import volume once every year because PLC is considered a "exempt category" introduction under AICIS
